  • “Working with AdeOla was such a gift. She led our project with clarity, precision, and an inspiring level of creativity.”

“AdeOla has a rare ability to take a client’s idea and build it into a complete, beautifully crafted creative vision with a clear plan to bring it to life. We’re already looking forward to the next time we get to collaborate.”

    ~ Ashley Donald, Co-founder & Producer | C3 Agency

  • “AdeOla took the reins of producing our photo shoots and allowed me to focus on the creative styling."

“It was an AMAZING experience. AdeOla is organized, direct, timely, and smart – she coordinated all logistics, worked with vendors and ran the day of. We successfully pulled off two photo shoots in the same week, and we could not have done it without her.  I have worked with AdeOla on a few more projects beyond  photoshoots. Discuss a vision or project with AdeOla and she will run with it. It is such an appealing trait for leading and executing business projects.”

~ Tina Wong, Founder & Creative Director | Grace + Ivory

  • "AdeOla was nothing short of exceptional. She stepped into a complex video project with many moving pieces and quickly became the steady center of the entire operation."

"Her team management kept everyone aligned and on schedule, and her clear, proactive communication with the client helped build deep trust and confidence in the process from day one. It was clear throughout that her industry experience wasn’t just theoretical - she brought real-world insight to every planning conversation, helping us anticipate challenges and make smart decisions that ultimately elevated the final product.

Beyond her project management role, AdeOla was a tremendous asset as a field producer. She invested time in building rapport with our interview subjects and community members long before cameras started rolling. Even on shoot days when she wasn’t physically on set, talent would ask about her, share how much they enjoyed speaking with her, and arrive more relaxed and ready to open up on camera because of the care and attention she’d already given them. Her sensitivity to talent needs - from scheduling and comfort to emotional readiness - made it possible for us to show up on set and go straight into crafting honest, powerful stories.

In post-production, AdeOla’s contribution was just as valuable. Her organized handoffs, thoughtful production notes, and clear feedback loops helped our editors move efficiently while still honoring the heart of each story. She balanced creative standards with client expectations, ensuring that revisions were purposeful, not endless. The result was a smooth post-production process and a final suite of videos that felt cohesive, deeply human, and true to the community we set out to serve. Working with AdeOla raised the bar for what we expect from project management and creative partnership."

  • “I've been in business for six years and have never had the ability to be so hands off and confident in the leadership and execution of a project."

“AdeOla asked for the vision and she literally went running to deliver — strategically, creatively, and with flawless execution. For the first time, I could be completely hands off and still trust that everything was handled at a higher level. I cannot begin to describe the incredible value she brought to my team and to me as a founder. She will be one of the best decisions you ever make.”

    ~ Angela Walker, Founder | N Natural

  • “It was an incredibly well-run gathering where no detail was overlooked — a beautifully calm setting hosted with intentionality and care.”

“After 30 years in corporate, I needed to strengthen my networking muscle – something that didn’t come easily to me. It was the way AdeOla described her goals for connecting and supporting women through her company,Inherit Haus, that instantly drew me in. It was all about small tables, curated participants and intentional agendas. So, I signed up for her first event in 2025 and it changed the way I thought about networking.

It was no longer this overwhelmingly, disingenuine chore I had to do. There was no pressure, no gimmicks in a beautifully calm setting with a consummate host. It was an incredibly well-run event where no detail was overlooked. I was taken aback at how energized I was when the gathering was over – normally I would have been drained. While I made some connections for people, the homerun was witnessing these women take bold steps beyond the table. It’s role modeling at its finest.

I signed up for the second gathering instantly and it did not disappoint. New table, new women, new energy. AdeOla was also instrumental in guiding me through my first consulting proposal. She helped me think through the presentation, details, timing, and pricing. She is incredibly talented, humble, dedicated, and welcoming. She exudes sincerity and gratitude that envelopes those around her.”

    ~ Steffanie Sanders

  • "Hire AdeOla NOW!! That’s my recommendation in a nutshell."

“I have worked with her for many years. Not only is she detail-oriented and thorough in her planning, but she’s fun to work with! We were struggling to plan our annual church retreat until AdeOla took over. She coordinated everything. She recruited and led a team, managed the budget and marketing, worked with venues and vendors, and handled the distinctive details that made the retreat an amazing experience. She planned the retreat for two more years after that, three in total and every year was better. I loved working with her. I highly recommend you make her your next project manager!”

~ Mike Kelsey, Lead Pastor | McLean Bible Church

  • “AdeOla performed exceptionally well on all our projects.”

“From untangling the challenging glitches of a project to managing communication and personalities of vendors, AdeOla is a great producer.  She is highly intelligent and insightful. She not only understands expectations but she helps define them by adding leadership, structure, and execution.”

~ Lesa Paige, Founder | Borrow Love Return

  • "Working with AdeOla on the Asbury project was invaluable. From day one, she brought clarity, structure, and a level of intentionality that transformed the way our team was able to execute."

“Her ability to manage complex workflows, align multiple editors, and keep the project grounded in strategy made a tremendous difference — especially given how many moving pieces and voices were involved.

Beyond the logistics, what stood out most was her calm but firm leadership. She knows how to hold creative teams accountable without disrupting the creative process, and she consistently anticipated needs before they became fires. Her communication was clear, timely, and deeply collaborative, and she handled shifting timelines and client expectations with grace and professionalism. She’s firm in the right ways, kind in the right moments, and she knows how to get a team moving without ever bulldozing the creative flow.

The final product was stronger because she was in the mix. AdeOla is the kind of partner who elevates both the work and the people around her. She was also a great person, and that is important when deadlines are tight and pressure rises. I’d work with her again without hesitation."

~ Cameron Lawson, Creative Producer | Allegory Productions
