Oversaw campaign management and production workflows for the Investor Dashboard website, coordinating creative, UX, and development teams to keep the project aligned, on track, and moving toward a cohesive launch.

Partnered with STAYDRMN to lead the end-to-end management of an Investor Dashboard website deployment for Emerson Collective, a digital storytelling platform designed to activate investors around the organization’s regenerative place-building initiatives. The project transformed three years of community and investment stories into an interactive tool for investor engagement and decision-making.

The Challenge

The project required managing multiple creative and technical workstreams—including strategy, UX, copy, development, and QA—while coordinating across an evolving stakeholder landscape. It demanded careful orchestration of decision-making, clear communication, and disciplined timeline management to keep creative, technical, and leadership teams aligned. Success depended on balancing vision with execution, ensuring that strategic storytelling goals translated into a functional, investor-ready platform delivered on an accelerated schedule.

My Role

As campaign manager, I led both the production workflow and client relationship architecture.

  • Coordinated collaboration between creative, UX, development, and leadership teams, ensuring clarity, accountability, and efficient feedback cycles.

  • Established decision pathways through the client’s internal hierarchy, helping stakeholders align before executive review.

  • Balanced creative vision with operational precision — allowing each contributor, from the creative director to the developer, to stay focused in their lane while maintaining overall momentum.

  • Supported stakeholder updates, progress documentation, and sprint recaps, helping leadership track progress toward launch

Outcome

Successfully launched the Investor Dashboard website, delivering a unified digital platform for Emerson Collective’s investment storytelling and activation.
